Cancellation Policy
Please Note: Your appointment time has been reserved just for you. As a courtesy to fellow patients and the practitioner’s time, the clinic requires 24-hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the rate of missed treatment.

Francisco Alberto
Francisco Alberto is a passionate and dedicated newly graduated Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from CDI College in January 2026. He is committed to helping individuals achieve optimal health, mobility, and overall well-being. Originally from Brazil, Francisco brings a strong academic and practical foundation to his practice, supported by his degree in Physical Education and Kinesiology, along with a postgraduate certification in Sports Training from recognized institutions in Brazil.

Priscilla Augustine
Priscilla finished her bachelor’s in physiotherapy from Christian Medical College, India in 2015. She moved to Canada in 2019 and finished her BC licensing exams in 2021. She has been working as a fully Registered Physiotherapist since then. Priscilla has done further certification in Vestibular Rehabilitation from the University of Alberta and finished Level 1 and Level 2 Dry Needling from Acupuncture Canada.

Born and raised in Chilliwack, Steven has been practicing as an RMT since 2010 after graduating from Utopia Academy (now Vancouver College of Massage Therapy).
Steven got reintroduced to massage therapy during his battle with cancer in 2006 and after successfully beating the big C, he decided to change careers and began school for massage therapy the next year.
Steven takes a holistic approach to his treatments, treating the main complaint along with most compensatory structures.
